Call provider
A provider is active only when its fields are filled and the mode matches; otherwise calls stay simulated. Prepaid carriers without a verified-numbers wall: Plivo signup, Telnyx signup, SignalWire signup — all work with a personal email.
Voice playback (transcripts)
OpenAI neural voices sound far more human. Cost ≈ $0.015 per 1,000 characters; transcripts are cached so replaying is free.
AI voice assistant
Powers the per-campaign “Answer caller questions after the message” option. Uses the OpenAI key from Voice playback above (or the legacy shared key). Answers are grounded in the campaign's script + business facts.
Wallet & top-up
$0.00The dialer runs as its own prepaid carrier: every answered call costs $0.06 and every SMS costs $0.01, deducted from your balance (simulator calls are free). Dialing pauses automatically when the balance hits $0.
Payments are processed by Stripe — the balance is credited automatically when you return.
Manual credit adds funds without a payment — handy for testing and for the simulator.
